Christmas in the Woods – Festive Woodland Workshops

Christmas in the Woods – Festive Woodland Workshops

Join us for some festive fun in the woods this December!

We're running two days of Christmas woodland workshops, packed with seasonal crafts, creative activities, woodland adventures and cosy campfire treats.

We'll be getting hands-on with natural materials including willow, wood, clay and greenery to create our own Christmas decorations and woodland crafts to take home.

Two age groups, with activities suited to each:

Ages 5–8 | Woodland Christmas Crafts & Campfire

A fun and creative woodland session for our younger adventurers, exploring festive crafts using willow, clay, wood and natural materials. We'll make Christmas decorations, enjoy seasonal woodland games and activities, and have plenty of time for creative play.

Ages 9–16 | Christmas Woodland Makers

A more hands-on workshop for older children and teens, with a focus on traditional woodland crafts, woodworking, whittling and carving. We'll learn safe tool use and work with wood, willow and other natural materials to create our own handmade Christmas decorations and woodland crafts.

Festive Campfire Fun

Both groups will enjoy some festive cooking around the campfire, hot chocolate and delicious cinnamon-spiced treats to warm us up!

Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December
Time: 10am–1pm
Ages: 5–8 years and 9–16 years

Both age groups run alongside each other, with separate age-appropriate activities and craft stations.
