Croaghaun Mountain on Achill Island boasts Ireland's highest sea cliffs, soaring 688 metres above the wild Atlantic. This challenging hike takes you along dramatic cliff edges with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coastline, Clare Island, and the surrounding Mayo landscape and beyond. This landscape is full of history and stories, the terrain is rugged, exposed, and utterly spectacular, a challenging but unforgettable hike for those who take it on.
